OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Position Description:

Claxton Logistics Services LLC, a leader in the logistics community, is looking for a qualified Operations Management Support manager to join our team. The Operations Management Support Manager has experience with the set up and execution of tactical field training events as well as in preparing, developing and managing military exercises, experiments, and real-world support.

Key areas of support include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the Experiment Control (ExCon) Operations Chief.
  • Participate in all aspects and phases of experiment planning and execution.
  • Supervise the set up and execution of the ExCon during live force experimentation.
  • Assist the Branch Head and Operations Officer in preparing, developing and managing all aspects of experiment planning and execution.
  • Assist ExDiv Operational Planning Teams (OPT) in identifying problems and recommending solutions in concept-based experiments Limited Objective Experiments (LOEs) and Advanced Warfighting Experiments (AWEs) planning and execution.
  • Assist in coordinating, developing of Master Scenario Events List (MSELs) and Data Collection and Analysis Plan (DCAP), planning, site selection, executing, documenting, analyzing and drafting results of experiments in standard report formats.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of military command and control and military C2 operations as they apply to exercises, experiments, and real-world operations.
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, the physical sciences, or engineering and a background in military operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, the physical sciences, or engineering and at least six (6) years cumulative experience as a C2 analyst or least ten (10) years of active military service.

Security Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and retain the designated Government clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)).

Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen with a current U.S. Passport.

Possession of a valid driver’s license and availability of private transportation is required.
