Position Description:
Claxton Logistics Services LLC, a leader in the logistics community, is looking
for a qualified Weapons Experiment Support Manager to join our team. The Weapons Experiment
Support Manager has experience providing weapons technology integration support for military
exercises, experiments, and real-world support.
Key areas of support include but are not limited
to:
- Plan and project development for a wide range of activities including,
range
scheduling & facilities space allocation, testing and evaluation of firearms and equipment.
- Coordinate inputs and drafting the MCWL campaign plan for small arms
support.
- Coordinate inputs and submitting inputs for weapons, experimentation of
future
products and planning.
- Maintaining and updating all equipment.
- Maintaining a database of current Marine Corps Warfighting Lab projects,
ongoing and future projects, and correlating the information with MCWL.
- Drafting, reviewing, and making recommendations on small arms, policies,
procedures, and safety guidelines while planning for future T&D research and current testing
of
equipment.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Demonstrate an understanding of military command and control and military
C2
operations as they apply to exercises, experiments, and real-world operations.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, the
physical
sciences, or engineering and a background in military operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, the
physical
sciences, or engineering and at least six (6) years cumulative experience as a C2 analyst or
least ten (10) years of active military service.
Security Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must
meet eligibility requirements to obtain and retain the designated Government clearance (Top
Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)).
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with a current U.S. Passport.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and availability of private
transportation is required.
