MCSC Executive Operational & Administrative Support

Claxton staff support the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) executive-level administrative and management support to the Command leadership, including the Commanding General (CG), Executive Director, Chief of Staff (CoS), and Senior Executive Service (SES) members. Our support staff are highly-skilled administrative professionals possessing military and DoD-civilian experience, as well as solid resumes that include supporting Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Under Secretaries; senior level Service components (i.e., Headquarter, US Marine Corps (HQMC)); Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Research, Development and Acquisition (ASN/RDA); and other components of the Executive Branch.

Claxton SME staff provide senior-level expertise across the 23 functional requirements enumerated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specifically, Claxton staff provide support to critical executive functions that frequently involve engagement and communications with senior Flag/SES staff, members of Congress, and the diplomatic corps.

MCSC Administrative Management Support

Claxton SME staff comprise a highly-specialized assembly of administrative professionals with military and DoD civilian experience to provide expertise in the 23 functional requirements enumerated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Claxton also provides conventional administrative support to Command staff, including the Chief of Staff (CoS), Command Deputies, Office of Counsel, Competency Leads, and independent offices (e.g., International Programs, CYBERCOM, etc.).
